Source-locate — identify whether blockage is in-flat drip line, wall-cavity, or shared manifold. Different fix per source.
In-flat clear — mechanical clearing of drip line through ceiling cavity access.
Manifold coordination — if shared, document for OC sign-off. We don't do shared work without authorisation.
Ceiling-stain assessment — photograph + report for insurance purposes if needed.

Starting HKD 800 for in-flat AC condensate drain clearing (residential standard split unit). Includes 2-hour typical response, drip-line clearing, ceiling-cavity check, before/after WhatsApp photos. NT +HKD 50.
Wall-cavity or shared-manifold work: quoted separately after on-site + OC sign-off (typically HKD 1,500-3,500).
HK summer monsoon-peak service
Hot HK summers (June-September) cause AC units to work harder + produce more condensate. Drains that managed fine in winter often fail in peak summer. Pre-monsoon service (April-May booking) catches issues before damage. Booking 1-2 days ahead recommended in peak season.
